Complete Home Remodeling and Addition in Studio City
Our objective in this home remodeling project was to transform our clients’ newly purchased Studio City cape cod style house into an aesthetically beautiful yet functional residence, that they could use for everyday living as well as entertaining friends and family. Our clients loved the original exterior design but wanted an almost entirely changed interior and backyard.. We worked with them through the initial stages of design and material selection to ensure that we understand their vision. We integrated elements of contemporary and farmhouse designs throughout the interior. We created an open floor plan with a lot of natural light making a spacious, bright and connected space. We did this through some structural changes and the addition of glass sliding doors and windows. The open floor plan combined with the fully remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, new flooring, plenty of recessed lighting, and many other details managed to literally amaze our clients. We also created a master suite by expanding the master bathroom and constructing a walk-in closet. A new bathroom addition as well as a new pool house along with a new pool and spa were the other parts of this home remodeling project. The new pool and pool house along with a simple yet beautiful landscaping gave the backyard a whole new look. The roof, the HVAC system as well as all doors and windows were replaced. The garage was remodeled and the door replaced. This was a truly beautiful home remodeling at its best by Ava Homes.
Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling in Pasadena
Our goal in this project was to most cost effectively add value to this client’s house before they listed it for sale. We opened up the kitchen to the living room/dining room to create an open floor plan. We then completely remodeled the kitchen and master bathroom. This kitchen and bathroom remodeling gave our client the opportunity to sell their house in a shorter time and get a higher return on their investment.
Complete Home Remodeling in Encino
Our aim in this project was to transform our client’s house, in the beautiful Encino area of Los Angeles, into a comfortable living space with all the conveniences that a modern home could provide. To that end we worked with our client to re-design and fully remodel the home. A pool house, master bedroom and master bathroom were added to expand this house and create the convenience and comfort that the owners needed. Closets were re-designed, with new racks and cabinets, enhancing the storage capacity and organization of the house. We opened up the kitchen to the great room creating a spacious and more inclusive space, perfect for the family as well as entertaining guests. We then proceeded to fully remodel the kitchen and all the bathrooms. By installing recessed lighting throughout the house and replacing the flooring and painting the interiors and exteriors, we transformed this house into an open and bright living space. New Home Construction in Bel Air
Our design-Build team created this beautiful transitional style home in Bel Air by combining the trendy Cape Cod style exterior and Farmhouse, Contemporary combination interior. In this project we built this house from the ground up. From soil analysis and architectural and structural designs to the whole process of pulling permits and construction was done by Ava Homes. The end result was a captivating and timeless aesthetic created by an efficient layout design and carefully selected finishing materials, perfect for raising a family as well as hosting and entertaining guests.
Home Renovation in Woodland Hills
In this project we simply updated the entire house. This home renovation involved no structural changes. There were minor repairs done but all in all this was a home renovation project as opposed to a home remodeling project. We basically transformed the house by installing new wood flooring, new interior and exterior paint, and installing recessed lighting throughout. The kitchen was updated by replacing the cabinets, the sink and faucet, and the backsplash tiles. The bathrooms were also fully updated by replacing the vanities, all tiling, the shower doors, etc. The fire place was repaired and updated. The pool was repaired and re-tiled. All new landscaping. The garage was totally fixed up and a new garage door was installed. Many more details were taken care of to make the house look like new.
New Home Construction in Westlake Village
In this project our design-build team created a beautiful and timeless aesthetic by combining a Cape Cod exterior and transitional interior in the gorgeous Westlake Village. From soil analysis and architectural and structural designs to the whole process of pulling permits and construction was done by our crew at Ava Homes. We worked with the owner to realize their vision of their ideal house. We presented different architectural and interior-finishing design ideas to the owner and working as a team we finalized the designs and created their dream house. With an open floor plan, we created a spacious and flowing layout promoting a sense of connectivity throughout the house. By balancing beauty and functionality, we created a house that is both visually appealing and practical for everyday living. This project is a prime example of why Ava Homes is considered one of the best construction/remodeling companies in the Los Angeles area.
Complete Home Remodeling in L.A.
Our goal and focus in this project was to most cost effectively remodel this house with the relatively small budget that our clients had allocated to this project. We opened the living room to the kitchen, creating an open layout which gave the interiors a totally new and open look unobstructed by walls. We also changed the location of the stand-in shower in one of the bathrooms in order to make the most efficient use of space. A new driveway was also built as the old one was quite unusable. The rest of the house was finished by completely remodeling the kitchen, and all the bathrooms. the flooring was replaced with new laminate flooring. the interior walls were repaired and painted. The exterior walls were repaired with new stucco and painted. The garage was completely renovated. New windows and doors were installed. We finished the project slightly under budget which delighted our clients considering the house looked impeccable when finished.
Full Home Remodeling in Burbank
In this project our clients had bought this run-down house and hired us to remodel and transform it into an appealing living space. As one can see in the before and after photos the transformation is stunning. We made some structural changes to transform a cramped and dark space into an open, spacious, and bright living space. The original condition of the house and the limited budget of the owners made this project a challenging one. Our clients were extremely gratified with the results and a house that is perfect for raising a family.
